                                         November 26 - 28, 2010 / January 21 - 23, 2011

Retreat Fee:  USD 1,600.00 or PHP 71,000.00

20% Booking Deposit:  USD 320.00 or PHP 14,200.00


Booking, Payment and Refund Policies:

1.  If you would like to book a place on our retreat, we will require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. 

2.  We ask that the full amount be paid at least three (3) weeks before your arrival date for the retreat.

3.  Fees may be paid in two ways:

4.  The fees are inclusive of the following:
  • All Healing activities during the retreat
  • Round trip land and sea transfers (Marinduque airport - resort - Marinduque airport)
  • 4 Days/3 Nights luxurious (Twin-Sharing)accommodations with 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners
  • Complimentary access to resort's facilities and recreational activities
  • Golf cart service
  • Internet connectivity and welcome fruit basket in the accommodation
  • Complimentary drinking bottles of water, coffee and tea in the accommodation

The package does not include consumption of items in the mini bar, snacks and food/drinks ordered at the dining places in the resort.  These consumptions will have to be paid independently by you during checkout time.

5.  We have a 30% cancellation fee (of the deposit) for bookings that are canceled prior to four (4) weeks upon the date of the retreat.

6.  No Refund Policy (of the deposit) on cancellations within four (4) weeks prior to the date of the retreat.

7.  Please inform I-BE in writing, either through e-mail or registered mail, if you wish to cancel your booking. Cancellation charges will apply depending upon when we receive the written notification.

8.  No Refund Policy on payments made in full in case you want to shorten your stay. 

9. I-BE is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. We require all participants to obtain travel insurance with a trip cancellation policy which covers the individual.

Other Terms and Conditions

1.  When you make a booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and/or your party. Once we have issued our confirmation invoice to you, a contract between you and Infinite Being Empowerment International Inc. (I-BE) is made. Please check your confirmation invoice carefully and contact us immediately if there is any incorrect information.

2.  Modifications by Infinite Being Empowerment International Inc. (I-BE)

      1. It is unlikely that we will make changes to your retreat. Occasionally, however, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. We may modify the list of activities (e.g. yoga) and facilities (e.g. massage services) included in the retreat.
      2. Should the type of accommodation that you have booked become unavailable at the resort, I-BE will, upon your return, refund, if applicable, any difference in price between the accommodation you have booked and the accommodation you were allocated.
      3. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat in any circumstance up to four (4) weeks before the scheduled date of the retreat. For example, if the minimum number of guests required for a particular retreat is not reached, we may have to cancel it. In this event we will inform you as soon as possible.  You will have the choice of having a full refund of your payment or you may accept an offer of another retreat by I-BE in the future.   We will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value. This would exclude independent travel arrangements.
      4. We will not cancel the retreat within four(4) weeks of the scheduled date of the retreat,unless we are compelled to do so by reasons of force majeure or if you have not paid the final balance of your course. 
3.  Price Changes

The prices for the I-BE retreat and other courses as shown on our website www.infinitebeing.ws are subject to change. Before confirming you of your booking, we will notify you of the correct cost of the course should there be any changes in the pricing. These alterations may be due to changes beyond our control such as accommodations or other government imposed changes.

4. 'Force Majeure'

We regret that we cannot accept liability nor pay you compensation for circumstances related in any way to your course when the incidents are due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.  ‘Force majeure’ will include (but shall not be limited to) war,threat of war, riot, civil or political unrest, industrial dispute, terrorist activity threatened or actual in its consequences, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of ports or airports, air traffic control delays, technical problems of transport or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

5.  Responsibility for Valuables

You are responsible for ensuring that allyour valuables are kept safe. I-BE will not be responsible for any theft or damage of personal property. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance.

6.  Our Responsibility

      1. We do our best to provide you with the photographs and illustrations which should give you an impression of the facilities offered. These photographs and illustrations aim to give youan idea of the standard of the facilities, but they are not contractually binding.
      2. We accept responsibility for ensuring that the course which you book with us, is presented to you as described on our website.
      3. Facilities available ‘outside the retreat’-- e.g. recreational activities, excursions -- arranged and sourced by the client from sources other than I-BE will remain under the sole responsibility of the outside providers who organized them.
      4. If you or any of your party suffer death,illness or injury whilst overseas arising out of an activity which does not form part of your retreat or healing activities, we shall at our discretion, offer advice, guidance and assistance. Where legal action is contemplated and you want our assistance, you must obtain our written consent prior to commencement of proceedings.

7.  Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements

      1. All guests must be in possession of a passport, valid for at least 6 months beyond the planned return date. In addition to this, visas may be required from some countries.
      2. We will give advice whenever possible. However, your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates.
      3. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
      4. We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged passports during your stay at the retreat.

8.  Personal Injury Unconnected With Your Booked Travel Arrangements

If you, or any member of your party suffers death, illness or injury while overseas, arising out of an activity that does not form part of your retreat arrangements with I-BE, we shall at our discretion offer advice, guidance and assistance.

9.  Insurance

We cannot stress enough the importance of taking out adequate holiday insurance against cancellation charges, unexpected curtailment of your holiday, medical expenses arising overseas, personal liability claims against you, loss or damage to luggage.

10.  Behavior

Please note that your holiday arrangements will be terminated by I-BE or the resort management if you are behaving in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger or distress to others or damage to property. In this situation, I-BE will not be liable to make any refund, pay any compensation or any costs you may incur as a result of your behavior. Please note that, at all times, you are subject to the laws of the country you are visiting and must respect local cultures and customs.

11.  Security and valuables

The Guest shall take proper care and use of the accommodation, equipment and facilities and shall reimburse I-BE or the resort for any loss, breakage or damage occasioned by the improper or negligent use thereof, prior to departure. The Guest may not, without the prior consent of I-BE remove, or attempt to remove, from the premises any property whatsoever belonging to I-BE and the resort. The Guest shall be liable for and reimburse I-BE or the resort for any loss arising as a result thereof.

I-BE cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage whatsoever occasioned to the personal property, possessions or valuables of the Guest, and it is the sole responsibility of the Guest to ensure that he/she has adequate insurance cover in respect to their personal property.

Please refer to the following disclaimer which forms part of the terms and conditions of the agreement into which you are entering with Infinite Being Empowerment International Inc. 

1.  Infinite Being Empowerment International Inc. (I-BE) is not a medical organization. If you suffer from any illness, you must consult your doctor before coming. We provide accommodations, food and other holiday services. We do not diagnose nor prescribe any medical or nutritional supplements.

2.  When you make your booking with us you agree that you are able to:

      1. Obtain your own health insurance and travel insurance.
      2. Complete activities such as yoga, swimming and walking.

Note:  Pets are not allowed.

3.  Health and safety

      1. It is the duty of all Guests to take care of their health and safety and that of other people who may be affected by their acts or omissions, as well as to cooperate with I-BE in complying with any requirement imposed by the organization which are relevant to any health and safety rules, regulations and laws.
      2. The use of the resort's facilities and recreational activities as well as all the healing activities performed by I-BE are undertaken entirely at the sole risk of the Guest.
      3. Prior to using any of the resort's facilities or participating in any activity promoted by I-BE the guest is solely responsible for his/her medical condition and physical fitness, and that he/she is able to use such facilities or participate in activities promoted or organized I-BE.
      4. The Guest is obliged to notify I-BE and the resort management immediately upon arrival of any medical or physical condition or pregnancy affecting them. I-BE reserves the right at its absolute discretion to restrict or prevent the Customer from using any facility or participating in any activity promoted or organized by I-BE without liability for any refund.
      5. I-BE will not accept any liability for any injury to the Guest in their use of the resort's facilities or participation in activities promoted or organized by I-BE. It is the sole responsibility of the Guest to ensure that he/she has adequate personal insurance cover in respect to physical injury and other medical risk(s).
